Complete IT, a Leading IT support provider, wanted us to develop a SharePoint intranet displaying live dashboards of helpdesk and sales data.

We designed the dashboards and graph UI’s which then needed to be integrated with their existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, containing the relevant live data like new client wins, support recovery by office, top helpdesk leaderboard and completed help desk cases.

The live dashboards are now displaying on screens at CIT helpdesk centres all over the UK. The objective of the intranet is to encourage staff moral to reach their sales and closed call targets to win prizes within the company.
